Points information

Each week you will have main points that you can gain and then there will be bonus questions that change each week.  *Remember do what you can do.  We created this for all ages so make necessary changes to fit what you can do.  When you make changes please contact me so that I know what you did instead. 

I will post a spreadsheet each week so that all you have to do is put your numbers in and it adds it up for you and you don't have to worry about it.  I will also post a sheet to help you keep track of what you are doing.

*We want to help everyone reach their goals.  So encouragement points can be given if you call or email one person and offer words of encouragement or just listen as they vent.  You can contact three different people each week and they should be on different days. 

*If you are unable to run or jog for any reason please feel free to swim laps instead.  Do not take advantage of this.  J  Later on laps will be a bonus for those that can run/jog. 

*A day of rest is required.   You can choose the day and I don’t care which.  Just make sure that you take one day off each week.


Each week different bonus points will be thrown in and they will be fun at times and killer at others.
