Week 3

Was not eating chocolate hard for anyone else?  Thanks Ann you were not a big help this week. 

We could really use some interaction among everyone.  Please feel free to post comments and add anything you want. 

I need ideas for bonuses and am up for anything.  Also, please post ideas or things you are using to help you in this challenge. 

This week's bonus:  100 situps/crunches each day.  They are worth 3 pts each day.  (Even on your "day of rest").
